Losing all your passkeys and your recovery code means the backup can't be recovered — by you or by us. The one-tap manual export is still there too, any time you want an extra copy on your own terms.

Export them as CSV from your old app, then tap IMPORT FROM ANOTHER APP in QuoteIron (it's on the Book screen, the Clients screen, and in Setup) and pick the file. QuoteIron reads your column names, figures out whether it's clients or a price book, and shows you the first rows before it adds anything — if it guessed a column wrong you re-point it yourself, and one tap undoes the whole import. Clients come in with name, phone, email, address and notes. Price-book jobs come in at the prices you were already charging. Job, quote and invoice history doesn't come across — that data is shaped differently in every app, and we'd rather say so than half-do it.

Any app that exports a CSV with a row of column names, because you can always point QuoteIron's fields at your columns by hand before a single record is imported. Beyond that floor: Jobber is the one we've tested end to end against real exported files, clients and price book both. Housecall Pro, Square, QuickBooks, FieldPulse and Joist are built to match each app's published CSV export format — compatible, though not yet proven against a real file from each one.
