ABOUT QUOTEIRON

One guy built this
for guys like him.

I'm Marc. I built QuoteIron because every quoting and invoicing tool on the market is priced and built for a fleet — a dispatcher, a back office, five trucks. If you're the guy who answers the phone, drives the truck, and does the work, you're paying for software that assumes a business you don't have.

The tools are priced for fleets. You're one truck.

Flat-rate pricing is the professional way to quote residential service work — the customer gets one number before you start, not a surprise after. But the software that does it right charges $35–59 per technician per month, plus a mandatory paid "implementation" or "coaching" package just to get your book set up. That math works if you're running five trucks. It doesn't work if you're running one.

The other shelf — generic invoice apps — skips the pricing problem entirely. They'll send an invoice, but they won't help you price the job in the first place, and some cap how many documents you can send in a month.

QuoteIron is the middle that was missing: a real flat-rate price book — 600 job templates across twelve trades, priced from your own labor rate and materials markup, not someone else's "market price" — plus quote-to-invoice in one tap, for one flat $14 a month. No per-technician fee, because there's only one of you. No implementation coaching, because you set your own numbers and the book prices itself. No document caps.

It works fully offline, because the jobs that pay best are often the ones with no signal — basements, crawlspaces, rural service calls. And it exports your data — full JSON backup, plus an income CSV — any time, for free, because it's your business and your numbers, not ours to hold hostage.

Who's behind it.

QuoteIron is a product of 20M HODL LLC, doing business as QuoteIron, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA.

I'm not a plumber or an electrician — I'm the software guy who kept hearing the same complaint from people who are: the good tools are built for companies, not for the person doing the work. QuoteIron is my answer to that, built and run the way its customers run their businesses — one person, no outside money, no sales team, no "book a demo." I write the software, I answer the emails at [email protected], and the $14 price is the whole business model: enough people paying a fair price for a tool that respects their time. When you email QuoteIron, you're talking to the person who built it.
