QuoteIron turns 1050+ job templates into your flat-rate price book — your labor rate, your markup, your numbers. Then you quote any job in about 90 seconds, from your phone, with no signal, in a basement. One tap turns the quote into an invoice.

Flat-rate software charges $39–59 per tech per month and requires paid "implementation coaching." QuoteIron gives one honest tool to the man who IS the company. We never ship fake market prices — the templates carry the structure, you carry the numbers.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance and garage-door repair, pressure washing, lawn care, handyman, painting, drywall, roofing, flooring, and pool maintenance — 1050+ real residential job templates: water heater swaps, panel work, drywall patches, spring replacements, condenser-fan-motor swaps, driveway washes, sprinkler-zone repairs, bedroom repaints, shingle repairs, LVP installs, weekly pool service, the jobs you quote every week.
Your labor rate, your materials markup, your service-call fee. The whole book prices itself from your numbers in one second. Change a number, the book follows.
Tap the jobs, hand over a firm price, send a branded PDF from your phone's share sheet. One more tap when you win: it's an invoice.
Every job below is one tap in the app — no add-on tiers, no per-feature upsell. All of it on both plans, free included, except where it says Pro.
Basements, crawlspaces, dead zones. QuoteIron is an app that lives on your phone, not a website that dies with the signal.
Quotes, invoices, clients — no caps on Pro. Free covers 5 jobs a month, and a job's invoice, receipts and change orders ride that one slot.
Put three tiers on one quote — Basic, Premium, name them how you like. Your customer taps the one they want and the invoice collapses to their pick.
Your customer signs on their phone — or on yours, across the truck bed. The signature stamps the PDF and the quote turns WON the second the pen lifts.
Snap the corroded panel or the cracked spring — up to six a job. They ride the quote and print on the PDF, so nobody argues about what you found.
Unanswered quotes surface after five days so you chase the money — elsewhere that follow-up runs $99 a month. A reminder nags you, and QuoteIron can also send your customer a polite reminder email for you (Pro adds texts) — switch it off on any quote or invoice, and they can opt out anytime. Win the job and drop it on any calendar in one tap.
Mark an invoice paid and QuoteIron hands you a prefilled text or email asking for the Google review — sent while the job's still fresh.
Every invoice lists how you take money — Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, check, card. QuoteIron never holds a dollar of it — with Pro, card payments go straight to your own Stripe account. One COLLECT button on the job logs the cash or check — or, with Pro, sends the card link.
One-tap backup to a file you keep. Full export, always, free. If you leave, you leave with everything.
Put three prices on one quote — good, better, best. Your customer taps the tier they want, signs with a finger — on their phone from the link you texted, or on yours across the truck bed — and the estimate flips to WON that second. The invoice collapses to the tier they picked. No "let me get back to you" — you closed it before you left the driveway.

Photos ride the quote · Deny or approve in one tap · You see Viewed the moment they open it
Scheduling is built into QuoteIron — not a $39/mo add-on tier, not a second app. Pick a time and the day lays itself out: jobs in order, open time marked, nothing double-booked.
Job names, addresses, and the price tag right on the tile — not a blank grid. Flip to the full month and a dot marks every day with work on it.
Book a job straight off a won quote, or block Personal for the supply run, the inspection, lunch — same schedule, no client or invoice required.
One tap calls the customer, one tap gets directions, one tap sets a self-reminder that nags you — never them — before it's time to go.
Swipe the week strip to page through the month, and every visit still drops onto your phone's calendar in one tap. Booking one? Drag it into place on a day timeline that shows everything else you've got that day, and give it a title so you remember why you're going. When you're rolling, On my way opens a text to the customer in your own Messages — you hit send. See the schedule in the app.

No card. No time limit. A job counts when you first send it — by text, email, PDF or link. Drafting and quoting never count, and the job's invoice, receipts and change orders ride along on that same job.

Text the estimate straight from your phone. The moment your customer opens it, the quote shows Viewed in your app. The moment they tap Approve, it turns WON — you never send another "did you get my quote" text.

They approve, then tap PAY NOW on the same page to send the deposit — paid however you already take money. QuoteIron never holds it — with Pro, card payments go straight to your own Stripe account.
Carries your business name and logo. And it's on both plans, free included — no add-on tier, no per-link fee.
See the send-and-win flow in the appQuoting is half a solo shop's paperwork. The other half is the books — and the company that owns that half charges like it knows you're stuck (QuickBooks: 1.1/5 on Trustpilot, with desktop customers documenting $1,106 → $4,149/yr in six years).
IronTally is plain-language bookkeeping from the same workbench: your paid invoices flow straight in as income, your expenses come from bank files you drag in, and the whole thing lives in one file you own.
What's true today: every paid invoice in QuoteIron already exports as an income CSV — gross receipts, labeled to Schedule C line 1, income only. Your accountant can use it this quarter — and when IronTally ships, it imports in one click.
No fake screenshots, no waitlist theater. When it's real, it'll be on this page with a price on the tag.
Everything is encrypted on your phone before it leaves it — QuoteIron cannot see your prices, your clients, or your quotes. Nobody can. The one exception is yours to make: a Pro card-payment link tells our server its amount and reference, so Stripe can take the payment.
No bank account. No Social Security number. No credit card to start. Just an email.
No bank connections, no accounting integrations, no reports sent to anyone — this is your quote book, not a filing system.
Export everything or delete your account any time. Deleting really deletes.
From you. The 1050+ templates carry the structure of each job — typical labor hours and mid-grade parts cost — and every number is editable. Your rate and markup do the pricing. We will never sell you "market rates" we can't stand behind.
Yes. QuoteIron is on the Apple App Store (iPhone and iPad) and Google Play (Android) — download it wherever you prefer. It's the same app on both, and one Pro subscription covers every device signed in to your account.
It actually works. The whole app and all 1050+ job templates are written in English and Spanish — reviewed by a native speaker, not run through a translator. You work in whatever language you set. Then you set each customer's language — once on their client profile, or right on the send sheet — so you can quote in English all day and still send one customer their estimate in Spanish. Your own custom lines print exactly as you typed them. English is the fallback: anything missing shows in English, never a blank.
Nothing dies with us — your readable data never touches our servers; only an encrypted copy does, backed up automatically the moment you have an account. It lives on your device, and one tap exports the whole book: a full JSON backup plus an income CSV any accountant or bookkeeping tool can open. That file is yours — keep it wherever you keep the important stuff. One nuance: the app holds your book in its own storage, which rides along in your normal phone backups — still, hit Export every now and then. Cloud backup — that encrypted copy we physically can't read — restores your whole book on a new phone with your recovery code or passkey.
You get paid the way you already do — and with Pro, card payments go straight to your own Stripe account (Stripe's standard fees apply; QuoteIron takes 0% — see how card fees compare across contractor apps). Every estimate and invoice can carry a Pay (or deposit) button that points straight at your own method: your Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or a Zelle/card handoff you set once in Settings. Your customer taps it and pays you directly — the money lands in your account, never ours. That's the whole point. Every incumbent horror story — funds frozen, a chargeback eaten, a refund issued without your say — starts with a company holding your money between you and the job. We never hold it, so we can never do that to you.
Correct — and QuoteIron doesn't force it. Custom lines and editable prices are right there for the rewires and the surprises. The book is for the 80% of jobs you've done a hundred times; quote those in 90 seconds and spend your judgment on the weird ones.
