The cancel button you need depends on where you paid. QuoteIQ says app-store subscriptions cannot be cancelled from its side.
QuoteIQ's terms say a subscription is cancelled "in the settings within the app, or log in to myquoteiq.com and cancel there." If you paid through Apple or Google, skip to step 3 or 4.
